OnPlan Solutions hires team members one at a time. There are three questions we ask about an Oracle professional before we consider them for our team:

Does the individual have leadership experience using & implementing the Oracle E-Business Suite?
We measure experience based on the number of successful implementations the consultant can present, how many success stories can this individual share?
If I was a member of an implementation team and my professional success was dependant on the success of the project, would I choose this individual for my team?
